PIR (Polyisocyanurate) is a similar material to PUR. Both PUR and

Technical Properties

Density;

PIR are manufactured from the two components isocyanate and polyol. PIR has superior thermal resistance and dimensional stability. PIR is an improvement of previously used PUR boards (polyurethane).

Service

PIR (Polyisocyanurate) is suitable for all pipeworks of temperatures -150°C to +130°C
It has low density but high insulating properties
This product has the lowest thermal permeability compared to other insulation materials
Prevents the thermal losses in hot or cold pipework
Long life insulating material
Easy to application
