Advanced Design & Analysis Platforms We Use

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Our engineering team conducts static finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize support geometries in relation to the applied loads. We also perform thermal simulations to assess the risk of condensation and its potential impact on surrounding structures and components. These analyses enable us to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient support designs, particularly in thermally sensitive environments.

Pipe Stress Analysis – Static & Dynamic

We carry out comprehensive pipe stress analyses for both hot and cold/cryogenic systems, addressing critical factors such as seismic activity, wind loads, and thermal expansion/contraction. Our analysis capabilities cover both static and dynamic loading conditions, ensuring structural integrity and long-term performance. Our portfolio of experience includes but not limited to: District cooling & heating plants, biomass power plants, large bores water transmission pipelines, steam distribution networks
